Here is everything you need to know about delivery and returns for orders from Legend Vinyl.

UK Delivery

  • Standard UK Delivery: £4.99 – estimated delivery in 2–3 business days.
  • Express UK Delivery: £7.99 – estimated delivery in 1 business day when ordered by 1pm Monday–Friday.
  • FREE UK Delivery: available on orders of £30 or more – estimated delivery in 1 business day when ordered by 1pm Monday–Friday.

Delivery estimates are shown in business days and may be affected by weekends, bank holidays or circumstances outside the carrier’s control.

Europe and International Delivery

  • Europe: £14.99 – estimated delivery in 2–11 business days. Available countries are shown at checkout.
  • International: £23.99 – estimated delivery in 3–17 business days. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your order is later than the estimate shown at checkout, email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll look into it.

Returns & Refunds – Simple and Fair

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we accept returns within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. We’ll issue a refund of the amount paid once the returned item has been received at our warehouse.
