Questions
Do I need inner sleeves?
Yes, if you want to keep your records in good condition. Many records come in a plain paper sleeve that sheds fibres and can scuff the vinyl. A good inner sleeve keeps dust and static off the playing surface.
HDPE or rice paper – what's the difference?
HDPE is a clear, tough plastic that lets you see the label and is the best value. Rice paper is softer, anti-static and archival quality, so it suits records you want to keep in the best possible condition.
Can I reuse inner sleeves?
HDPE sleeves can be reused many times. Paper sleeves are best replaced once they show wear.
What size records do these fit?
These are 12" sleeves for standard LPs and 12" singles. We also make 7" inner sleeves for singles.
Should I use inner and outer sleeves?
Most collectors use both: the inner sleeve protects the vinyl and an outer sleeve protects the cover from ring wear and scuffs.
