Bulk Sleeves for Discogs, eBay and Record Fair Sellers

Seller prices · Free samples · UK supplier

Every record you sell goes out in a sleeve. Make it one that shows the record at its best in your photos, protects the grade you gave it, and makes the buyer glad they chose you. Premium inner and outer sleeves at bulk prices from 500 units, delivered from our UK warehouse.

Better listing photos

Our 80 micron crystal clear outer sleeves stay clear, not cloudy, so the cover art looks sharp in your photos and on the fair rack.

Protect your grading

Outer sleeves stop ring wear, scuffs and seam splits in the crate and in the post. Fresh anti-static inners keep the vinyl as clean as you graded it.

Buyers notice

A record that arrives in a fresh inner and a crisp outer feels like it came from a proper dealer. That shows up in your feedback and your repeat buyers.

Seller pricing

Price per sleeve, ex VAT. Mix sleeve types in one order to reach a tier; tiers are based on the total number of sleeves. Supplied in our standard packs of 25, 50 or 100. Over 5,000? We'll quote.

Example: the seller starter order

500 crystal clear outers + 500 HDPE inners = 1,000 sleeves, so both go to the 1,000+ rate: £152.50 ex VAT. That's about 30p to fully re-sleeve each record you sell, inner and outer.

Selling fewer than 500 a month? Our 50 inner + 50 outer mixed pack is a good place to start, and buying any two sleeve packs saves 10%.

Selling at record fairs?

Fair dealers get through more sleeves than anyone. Fresh outers on every record in your boxes make the whole stall look better, and buyers flick through faster when covers aren't sticking together. Tell us which fairs you do and we'll send samples so you can try them on your own stock first.

Running a fair? We'd like to hear from organisers too. Get in touch about dealer sample packs for your next fair.

How to post a record safely

  1. Take the record out of the jacket. Put the vinyl in a clean inner sleeve and pack it behind the jacket, not inside it. That's what stops seam splits in the post.
  2. Sleeve the jacket. A clear outer sleeve keeps the cover clean and stops it rubbing on the packaging.
  3. Add stiffeners. Put a board either side of the record inside the mailer so it can't flex.
  4. Use a proper LP mailer. A corrugated mailer made for 12" records, sealed and marked "Do not bend".

Questions

Which outer sleeve is best for selling records?

Our 80 micron crystal clear outers. They're thick enough to protect the jacket and clear enough to photograph through, so you can list records already sleeved.

Which inner sleeve should I use?

HDPE curved-base inners are the best value for re-sleeving stock. Rice paper inners are a premium upgrade for rarer records. See our inner sleeve guide.

Can I mix sleeve types to reach a tier?

Yes. Tiers are based on the total number of sleeves in one order.

Do prices include VAT and delivery?

Prices are ex VAT. Delivery is quoted with your order and depends on quantity and location.

Do you do 7" sleeves?

Yes, 7" curved-base inners at seller prices, plus white and black kraft paper 7" inners in packs of 25.

Can I try them first?

Yes. Use the form to request free samples and tell us roughly how many records you sell a month.
