Prize-draw Terms

Promoter: Legend Vinyl Ltd, 161 High Street, Guildford, GU1 4AP, United Kingdom. Company no. 12877642.

Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.No purchase necessary.

How to enter: Reply to the promotional email with at least one photograph of your record listening space. Entries must be received by [11:59pm on 31st October 2026] (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.

Entry limit: One entry per person. Further entries will be disregarded.

Your photo: You confirm that you took the photo or have the right to submit it, and that anyone identifiable in it has agreed to be included. Photos must not be offensive, unlawful or contain third-party content you don’t have rights to. The Promoter may reject any entry that does not meet these conditions.

Use of photos: By entering, you give the Promoter a free, non-exclusive licence to use, edit and publish your photo on its website, social media and marketing materials, credited to your first name or social handle if you’d like. You keep ownership of your photo. If you’d rather your photo is not used for marketing, say so in your reply and it will still be entered.

Winner selection: One winner will be chosen by the Promoter’s team based on the creativity and character of the space shown on or around 1st November 2026. The Promoter’s decision is final.

Notification: The winner will be notified by email by 1st November 2026 and must reply within 14 days to claim the prize. If they don’t, the Promoter may choose another winner.

Prize: One £50 Legend Vinyl gift voucher, redeemable at mylegendvinyl.co.uk. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and is subject to the voucher’s own terms, including its expiry date. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner publicity: The winner’s first name and county are available on request by emailing hello@mylegendvinyl.co.uk within one month of the Closing Date.

Data protection: Personal data will be used to run this promotion and handled in line with our privacy policy. Entering does not sign you up to marketing.

General: The Promoter may amend or cancel this promotion if circumstances beyond its control require it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
