Delivery

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Standard delivery is 3-5 days from placing your order depending on time of day.

Fast delivery is 1-2 days with orders placed before 2:00pm

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Standard Shipping: £2.99 (4-5 days);

Express Shipping: £5.99 (1-2 days);

For orders over £50: FREE SHIPPING

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@mylegendvinyl.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@mylegendvinyl.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

The Returns Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • Fill in the returns request form below
  • Enter your order number and email used when ordering (Your order number will have been provided by email when you ordered)
  • Provide a reason for the return request with as much detail as possible
  • We’ll review and organise the return including postage labels if required and communicate with you by email or telephone
